Pokémon GO Round Up 9
Pokémon GO has been a bit of an experience. I know that the chance for certain Pokémon to appear in certain places is high or low. I know that I won’t necessarily catch all the Pokémon sticking to my regular paths, but at the same time that makes the different Pokémon that much more special. You’ll know I live in a very populated area, so I run into all sorts of things. My apartment is almost on top of a gym, which is nice.

We actually hunted in old town for a while. I was having trouble hating myself and spent about three days all wrapped up in that, but eventually I snapped out of it. We were going to go hunting one of those nights, but I decided I’d be a butt and we didn’t do it. But, now I’m kind of over that, so it’s okay. I got me some extra experience eggs, which helped me… achieve level 14!
It’s not too hard, seeing as how with an egg each pokéstop can give me 100 experience points. That’s kind of nice. It’s nice to be able to walk out of my apartment and be able to be in perfect hunting grounds:
I had some Eevee’s and finally got enough candy to evolve them. I learned of this cool little trick where if you name them from the characters in the cartoon you can control what they turn into! So, now I have a Vaporeon and a Flareon, with my Jolteon that makes the trio!
I actually powered up my Flareon. If you’ve been following my adventures you’ll know that now he is one of the most powerful Pokémon I have. Someday, that gym will be mine!
Speaking of gyms, guess who is king of the hill at the park? That’s right, Maus!
I’m still training up my Pokémon to get that high of a level. I want to try to see if I can take over the gym with like a 2000 combat point Snorlax. That’d be awesome. I thought it’d be kind of funny if I powered up a Rattata like super high and took over the gym with that. I might do that, or a Pidgey. It’s not like I don’t have like 200+ candy. The two I really want to evolve are Meowth, and Pikachu, but we’ll see.
Speaking of new Pokémon, my eggs hatched! I can’t quite remember what one of them was, but the other one was awesome. I got a Tentacool!
I didn’t eve know this was a thing! But, here it is. Looks like it’s a dual water/poison Pokémon. The nice thing is with the egg you get quite a bit of candy with it. I really want to evolve this guy too, but, it’s probably going to be quite a while. I also caught a couple new Pokémon out in the wild too:
I was pretty excited for these two. Unfortunately, because I caught them in the wild I don’t have as much candy. But, I’ll get that Magnemite evolved someday.
In other news, here are the highlights of the rest of my catches:
See you guys on the flip side, time to get some sleep!
